Halfway Homemade: Greek Yogurt Apple Dip

Autumn is officially here and we can’t get enough of fall flavors! Our easy, healthy Greek Yogurt Apple Dip is a perfect snack for toddlers and big kids alike - and has an added bonus of including three of the top 9 most common allergenic foods covered for you (dairy + peanuts + tree nuts).

This dip is easily customizable based on your little one’s preferences, plus it's a snack that the entire family can enjoy!

Mom Tip for Picky Eaters: Give your little one extra puffs to make a fun design on top of the dip! Getting them involved through play may encourage them to try a new flavor or texture with less pressure from mom and dad.

What You’ll Need:

  1. 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  2. 1 T. Maple syrup
  3. 1 T. Pumpkin pie spice
  4. 1/2 cup crushed Nut Butter Puffs
  5. 1 sliced apple
Mix all ingredients together, serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
